Question 1

Where do I find a print’s edition, options, prices, and shipping terms?

Accepted Answer

Each published print record shows its edition label and option labels with current prices in USD and availability. Choose an available option on the print record, then set its quantity in the cart. An unavailable option cannot be added. Shipping terms are shown on that print record.

Question 2

Is checkout available right now?

Accepted Answer

No. Checkout is unavailable until the archive owner connects and authorizes the payment processor. While checkout is unavailable, no order is created.

Question 3

What does the cart total include?

Accepted Answer

The cart uses current published prices and the quantities selected. It shows the items total with no shipping charge added. Each selected print also shows its shipping terms; refer to those terms on the print record.

Question 4

Can I check out without an account, and when is an order recorded?

Accepted Answer

When checkout is enabled, it opens processor-hosted checkout and can be started without an account. To verify and view a paid order, sign in or create an account with the verified email used at checkout. An order is recorded only after the paid total and checkout email are verified.

Question 5

When do I see confirmation, and will I receive an order email?

Accepted Answer

Confirmation appears only after payment verification. The payment-status page shows the order identifier and paid total and links to private order details. After signing in, you can revisit saved paid orders and their purchase snapshots in order history. The current order-creation flow does not send a buyer order-confirmation email.

Question 6

What if payment is pending or verification fails?

Accepted Answer

A pending or failed verification means no order has been recorded. The payment-status page lets you check again or retry verification, or return to your cart.

Question 7

How can I follow an order after it is placed?

Accepted Answer

A signed-in buyer’s order history shows Processing, Shipped, or Delivered. The archive owner enters the carrier and an HTTPS tracking URL manually. The carrier and Track package link appear in order history only after both details are saved. When an order is marked Shipped, the app attempts to send a shipment-update email, but delivery is not guaranteed.
